Program Overview

Compassion for Couples Online is a hybrid six-week program, adapted from the popular Compassion for Couples instructor-led retreat program. This online hybrid offering provides more flexibility for couples on their journey to deeper awareness and compassion. During this hybrid program, you will:

  • Meet live, online with your instructor
Each week, you will meet with your instructor and your cohort in a live virtual room. Your instructor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Cohorts are limited to 20 couples.

  • Gain access to self-paced online modules
You will gain access to ~30 minutes of self-paced online modules each week. The online modules are a mix of learning activities that include interactive modules that teach conceptual topics, recorded guided meditations, and home practices.
